We want you to love your WACCO piece. If it isn't right, here's how returns work.

Returns

You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive and check the item, we refund it to your original payment method.

Holiday returns

Gifts bought between November 1 and December 24 can be returned until January 15 of the following year.

Personalized pieces

Pieces stamped with a name, initials or a logo are made for you, so they are final sale unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace or refund it.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
